Guru Purnima: Celebration of Divine Grace

Panchvati, Nashik

Some moments are remembered not for what happened, but for what they awakened within us. Guru Purnima is one such sacred occasion—a time to pause, turn inward, and bow in gratitude to the eternal Guru tattva, the divine principle of the Guru that guides the seeker from darkness towards awareness and from karmic patterns towards inner awakening. The sacred land of Panchavati, became a radiant confluence of devotion, seva and divine grace as Sadhak’s gathered to celebrate Guru Purnima in the blessed presence of Mahavatar Babaji and Gurudev AbhijitNath Dada.

A Morning of Grace

The day began with the arrival of the sacred Padukas, followed by the sthapana of the divine forms of Mahavatar Babaji, Guru Gorakhnath Babaji and Gurudev Dattatreya. To the eyes they were just portraits but in reality, their energy was felt in every corner of the room. The venue was adorned with beautiful rangolis and flowers, lovingly prepared by the Sadhak’s as an expression of seva and devotion.

At 6 AM, as Dada entered the venue, a profound stillness and joy filled the gathering. Each sadhak offered a rose as an expression of gratitude. With his grace, Dada charged each rose and returned it as a blessing. He then tied a Raksha Sutra on every Sadhak’s wrist—a sacred reminder of protection, faith and the eternal bond between Guru and disciple.

The morning continued with the Abhishek of the Kuldevi and Kuldevta mantra chanting and Lord Dattatreya while chanting their Beej mantras, followed by a soulful Bhajan Session. As devotional melodies filled the space, hearts opened and emotions flowed. Many Sadhak’s reflected upon their journeys and the transformative grace of the Guru tattva in their lives.

Each sadhak had also written a personal note of gratitude for Dada. A few of these heartfelt messages were read aloud during the gathering, while every word, every feeling and every unspoken emotion found its way to Dada.

Wisdom That Turns Us Within

The Bhajan Session was followed by Dada’s deeply enriching Satsang, where simple stories unfolded into profound insights and meaningful lessons on karma, relationships, awareness and inner growth.

His teachings were not merely words to be heard, but reminders to be lived. The Guru does not simply provide answers; He turns the seeker inward, helping us recognise the attachments, patterns and limitations that stand between us and our true nature.

The Greatest Offering

A true Guru does not seek wealth, gifts or material offerings. The greatest offering is our transformation. As Dada lovingly says:

“Offer your weaknesses, your ego, your impurities as “Gurudakshina” —and turn inward, purified.” These words beautifully capture the deeper essence of Guru Purnima. For what greater offering can there be than an ego that bows, a heart that softens, a mind that becomes still, and a life that begins to reflect the wisdom of the Guru.

The day concluded with Maha prasad lovingly prepared by Sadhak’s, shared in the spirit of seva and togetherness. From the sacred rituals to the final moments of fellowship, the celebration carried the fragrance of devotion, positivity and grace.

When Grace Becomes the Way

Guru Purnima reminds us that the Guru’s grace is not simply something we receive; it is something that transforms us. The celebration is not about merely offering flowers at the Guru’s feet but to offer the thorns within our own hearts, to surrender our darkness so that his light may shine through us and to place our imperfections in his hands and walk away lighter, purer, humbler, and more awake.

May we carry this grace beyond Guru Purnima—not merely in our prayers, but in the way we live, love, serve and surrender.

For when the Guru’s grace touches the heart, transformation becomes the true celebration.

150th Satsang

150th Satsang

Panchvati, Nashik

A milestone confluence of world peace, spiritual practice, and environmental service marking 150 Satsangs under the guidance of Himalayan Kriya Yogi Abhijitnath Dada.

150th Satsang

A Historic Milestone

Under the guidance of Mahavatar Babaji, Himalayan Kriya Yogi Abhijitnath Dada initiated the Satsang along with the Advanced Chakra Meditation Process nearly four years ago with the aim of world peace. What began with just two participants has now grown to include nearly 2.1 million people.

This spiritual journey reached a significant milestone with its 150th Satsang on 7th March 2026, organized for the first time at Panchvati, Nashik. The Satsang was celebrated with devotion and enthusiasm, honouring environmental workers and promoting their work in society.

The Celebration

The program commenced with a lamp lighting ceremony by Nashik's Mayor Smt. Himgauri Aher-Adke. Her inspiring address and support for environmental work energized all attendees, and at the children's request, a small cake cutting ceremony was done by Abhijitnath Dada along with other guests, making the event even more joyful.

Several distinguished guests attended, including Shri Devang Jani, President of Godapremi Seva Samiti; Shri Rajesh Pandit, President of Namami Goda Foundation; Shri Manoj Sathe, the visionary behind Kusumadi Pattern tree plantation initiative; Dr. Vrushineet Saudagar, and many social and environmental activists.

On this occasion, Dada honored all environmental workers with shawl and coconut. Dada, along with all the environmentalists, initiated the movement to rejuvenate the Aruna River and Triveni Sangam before Nashik's KumbhMela — an initiative fully supported by the Mayor.

Spiritual Teachings

During the Satsang, Abhijitnath Dada explained that working for the environment is not just a social duty but also a deep spiritual sadhana. True world peace is possible only when we maintain peace and purity in the natural systems around us. Drop by drop the ocean fills — hence each individual must contribute their small effort toward protecting the environment as a dedicated warrior.

He taught that while performing service, one must relinquish the thought of "I did this." When the ego of "I" arises, service becomes binding karma. However, when one feels that God is performing the work through them and they are merely a medium, the act becomes selfless service and true spiritual practice.

Collective Meditation and Environmental Service

At the end of the program, all participants experienced collective spiritual energy through Omkar chanting and meditation, purifying their aura. Following this, Dada invited all workers and practitioners to join a cleanliness drive at the Godavari Mata the next day.

The 150th Satsang was not just a celebration but a true confluence of spiritual practice and service. By the grace of Mahavatar Babaji, this Satsang tradition continues to illuminate the lives of thousands of practitioners with awareness, peace, and spiritual awakening.
